ZENYER 710C egg farm packer with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour is designed to connect to a rod conveyor leading from the chicken shed for automatic loading purposes, as well as packing eggs into 5*6 egg trays automatically. It does NOT have a grading function.
It includes an accumulator, automatic head turning, ramp tray loading, automatic packing and counting, all within in one machine.
Only 2 people are needed to fully operate it, one for candling, the other one for loading and collecting the empty trays and loaded trays respectively.

Accumulator
Designed to connect to the rod conveyor leading from the chicken shed.
The eggs from the rod conveyor directly flow into the accumulator, the slope of accumulator can be adjusted according to the height of rod conveyor.
Automatic head turning
Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Ramp tray loading
Empty trays must be manually placed on the ramp, and then the trays will automatically slide down to where the eggs will drop from.
Auto packing & counting
The egg dropset auto packing system drops the eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically, the conveyor will transfer the loaded egg tray to the end of it, you can collect the egg trays from there and pack them into the box. It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs have been packed.
