- 713A Egg Farm Packer
ZENYER 713A egg farm packer with a capacity of 27,000 eggs/hour is designed to connect to a rod conveyor leading from the chicken shed for automatic loading purposes, as well as packing eggs into 5*6 egg trays automatically. It does NOT have a grading function.
The 713A farm packer includes accumulator, automatic head turning, auto packer (for 5*6 tray only), and optional UV sterilization and egg printer.

- 714 Egg Farm Packer
ZENYER 714 egg farm packer with capacity of 55,000 eggs/hour is designed to connect the rod conveyor from the chicken shed and pack eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically. It does NOT have a grading function.
The 714 farm packer includes accumulator, automatic head turning, auto packer (for 5*6 tray only), and optional egg printer, UV sterilization and dust brushing.
Features
Accumulator
Eggs from egg shed enter into accumulator, which will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single conveyor nicely with no cracking.
Candling booth
6 rows LED lights are added under the accumulator and workers can pick out any leaking, dirty or cracking eggs through the LED lights. The LED candling booth equips with cover and mirror as well to reinforce the candling result.
Auto head turning
Simple design which makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Automatic packing lane
Including single dropset and manual egg tray stocker. Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray stocker, allowing the stocker to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. the single dropset unit drop down the eggs into 30-egg tray automatically.
