Egg Lifter & Loader

ZENYER vacuum egg lifter is a piece of assistant equipment in egg processing lines. It is lightweight, gentle, and a reliable tool for the semi-automatic transferring of eggs from trays to machines, or transfer of eggs from machines to trays. The egg lifter features a compact structure, with a weight of only 20kg, including the motor. It is also easy to move with 4 locking casters on the bottom. This equipment eliminates the risk of egg damage during the loading or packing processes, and ensures a higher production efficiency.

ZENYER provides two vacuum egg lifter models based on customer production requirements:
    1. 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter
    2. 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter ZENYER 602 vacuum egg lifter is designed to transfer eggs from trays onto machines or from the machines to the tray. It features 30 suction cup handles, an elastic vacuum pipe, and a motor. The suction cup handles are adjustable, and users can choose the right quantities based on their production requirements.

    2. 604A Egg Accumulator Customers can use 602 vacuum egg lifter to transfer 30 eggs onto 604A accumulator at a time. Through the conveyor lines, eggs are divided into 2 lines and transferred into 101A/101B egg grader, or separated into 3 lines and transferred into 102A/102B egg grader.

    2. 604AS Egg Accumulator ZENYER 604AS accumulator is specially designed for connecting with the Zenyer 201A egg washer.
      When the 604AS accumulator connects to the 200AS and 200A egg washer, it needs to add a single row conveyor between the 604AS accumulator and the egg washer for better performance.
      Uses the 602 vacuum egg lifter to transfer 30 eggs onto the 604AS accumulator at a time.

    2. 604B Belt Conveyor In addition to accumulator & transition & connection, 604B belt conveyor features the special design of UV disinfection. It takes advantage of 604B UV disinfection system to sanitize egg shells for maximum food security.

    2. 605G Egg Accumulator The 605G egg accumulator table is a kind of 6 row egg accumulator with high efficiency. It transfers 30 eggs onto 605G accumulator at a time via 602 vacuum egg lifter. Then the accumulator would direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transfer the eggs onto single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.

    2. 605A Egg Accumulator The 605A egg accumulator table is equipped with the candling booth. It utilizes 602 vacuum egg lifter to transfer 30 eggs onto 604A accumulator at a time. When eggs pass through the candling booth, poor quality eggs can be inspected by LED light and manually removed. Then the accumulator would direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transfer the eggs onto single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.
