604AS Egg Accumulator

ZENYER 604AS accumulator is specially designed for connecting with the Zenyer 201A egg washer.
When the 604AS accumulator connects to the 200AS and 200A egg washer, it needs to add a single row conveyor between the 604AS accumulator and the egg washer for better performance.

• Uses the 602 vacuum egg lifter to transfer 30 eggs onto the 604AS accumulator at a time.
• Through the 604AS accumulator, eggs are combined into a single row to be transferred into the feeding line of the 200AS/200A/201A egg washer.
• Has a compact structure and occupies minimal space.
• The standing pole is used to support the vacuum egg lifter with air hose, which makes egg loading much easier.
• Improves egg loading efficiency, and saves your time.

Using the 602 vacuum egg lifter to transfer 30 eggs onto the 604AS accumulator at a time.
The 604AS accumulator can be attached with the Zenyer 201A egg washer directly. Through the 604AS accumulator, eggs are combined into a single row and transferred into the feeding roller of the 201A egg washer.

A single roller conveyor (see red arrow) needs to be added if the 604AS accumulator is to be combined with the 200AS egg washer or 200A egg washer. You can also add a one row candling booth on the single roller conveyor if wished.
