The 605A accumulator can be attached directly to chicken farms or barns. Users can pick out any broken or dirty eggs, when the eggs run through the LED candling equipment under the accumulator. Then the accumulator would direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transfer the eggs onto single conveyor nicely with no cracking.
This egg farm packer can be attached directly to chicken farms or barns, and is designed for farms that have no egg grading requirements.

Accumulator
The accumulator directly connects to the belt conveyor in order to finish loading and accumulating.
Eggs run through the LED candling equipment under the accumulator conveyor, allowing users to pick out any unqualified eggs, such as those that leak or are cracked.
Auto head turning
Direct all eggs with a larger head to face up, and ensure the air chamber is on top of the eggs for a longer storage.
Single-head printing (option)
The single head inkjet printer can print dates, words, brands/LOGOs, best before date and other information.
Auto packing
The packing system will automatically pack 30 eggs into one tray.
