ZENYER 500 egg centrifuge is specially designed to break eggs and automatically separate the eggshell and liquids with minimum product loss. This machine has a maximum capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour and is easy to use when its plugged in. it features a compact structure and takes up very little storage space.
This is a full egg breaking machine, and the separated egg liquid includes the yolk and egg whites, making it ideal for use in factories that need to use full egg liquids. The egg breaker can be used offline, or paired with ZENYER 201A or 202B egg washers for assembly. We recommend using this equipment with egg washers in order to meet food safety standards and ensure the final quality.

ZENYER 500 egg centrifuge uses a special centrifugal mechanism operation system. Once the eggs are poured into the separator, the centrifugal mechanism will separate the shells and liquids during high speed spinning.
After separation is finished, the egg liquids will flow out through the round tube, and eggshells will be pushed from the square exit.
