Client: Travama Free Range Eggs

Purchased products: Zenyer 102BP egg grader , 430S visual shell inspector and 406H egg printer

In August 2019, Arthur from Travama Free Range Eggs purchased a ZENYER 301A egg washing grading line, which has been operating reliably ever since.

After the COVID period, Arthur planned to expand the egg business by building a new chicken shed and a new egg grading and packing facility. During this upgrade, he chose to invest in poultry equipment and an egg grader from a European manufacturer. However, the performance and functionality of the new system did not meet his expectations.

To meet his production requirements, additional equipment had to be purchased separately, including another egg grader for more grading size options, a 430S visual shell inspector, and a 406H egg printer from ZENYER. These machines then needed to be integrated into the existing European-made grading system, which added complexity to the overall setup.

After experiencing these limitations, Arthur recognized the importance of proven equipment performance and smooth system integration—both key strengths of ZENYER equipment.
