In 2018, John Byrne bought a Zenyer second hand 301A egg washing grading line from another customer in Victoria state.

This machine ran very stably for 4 years. Ever since his purchase, no replacement parts have needed to be purchased due to equipment failures. John was very satisfied with the machine. Since 2022, his business has grown to be one of the biggest free range egg business in South Australia, so the old machine couldn’t meet the egg business’ requirements any more. Therefore, he required more capacity and more automated egg processing machine.

After comparing with other suppliers in egg processing machine around the world, he decided to still buy Zenyer’s machine - the Zenyer 302A egg washing grading line.

Our Zenyer team in Australia installed the Zenyer 302A egg washing grading line for him. The work efficiency of his business has since been greatly improved and the labor cost reduced.

The quality of the new machine is as stable as that of the old machine, John is very satisfied with his choice and also happy to share his experience with other egg farms around the world.
