Purchased products: Zenyer 109 egg grader (30,000 eggs/hour)

Before upgrading their egg grading process, the customer was operating eight small mechanical egg graders, each with a capacity of 5,400 eggs per hour. These machines relied on manual collection tables, making daily grading and packing time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Eggs were delivered to the packing room through five rod conveyors connected to five chicken sheds. As the farm continued to expand, the existing setup was no longer able to meet the customer’s production requirements.

To improve efficiency, we recommended integrating the customer’s existing rod conveyors and connecting them directly to the Zenyer 109 egg grader. With a capacity of 30,000 eggs per hour, the system enables automatic egg grading, candling, and packing, helping the customer streamline operations and reduce manual handling with higher efficiency.

The system was successfully installed and commissioned in October 2025. After the upgrade, the customer achieved a significant improvement in productivity and operating efficiency. They were highly satisfied with the performance of ZENYER’s egg processing equipment and the professionalism of the installation team.

In addition, a strong working relationship was established between the ZENYER engineer and the farm management team, providing a solid foundation for ongoing technical support and efficient resolution of any potential issues.
