Forage Farms is a family-run farm located in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast region. The farm produces pasteurized eggs and follows natural sequence farming principles, with operations managed by a dedicated father-and-son team.

As part of every farm visit, the farm’s ZENYER-powered egg washer, egg grader system plays an important role in demonstrating efficient, hygienic, and modern egg handling practices.

After carefully selecting the right machine for our operation, our new ZENYER 302A egg washing grading line arrived in a 40-ft shipping container. We unpacked and assembled it in our packing shed, ready to transform our egg packing process.

Once everything was in place, Maggie and her family from ZENYER traveled from Melbourne to support us through the final setup and our very first packing day. Their expertise and hands-on guidance were invaluable. Our entire team was present, and everyone received thorough training on how the system works.

Since 2023 when we started using this egg washing grading line, we are very satisfied with the results. Our egg grading and packing process is significantly faster, and with the rigorous cleaning system in place, more eggs consistently meet the highest quality standards.
