Our first contact with Pankaj Pandey, one of the directors of Nupa Technologies Pvt. Ltd, in May 2021. He told us that the daily egg capacity of their farms is about 40 thousand eggs. At the end of 2021, the daily capacity will reach up to 60~70 thousand eggs. We recommended the Zenyer 302AS egg washing grading line to him after assessing his situation.

After more than two months of discussion, we dispelled the customer's doubts on various aspects of our service and machines, such as after-sales service, spare parts supply, product quality, etc. It was then he decided that he would like to order his first machine - one set of the Zenyer 302AS egg washing grading line. Our Zenyer team provided online guidance and instructions for them when they began the installation, and soon, the machine was put into use. Pankaj and his team was, and is very satisfied with the machine.

Encouraged by this positive experience, Nupa Technologies significantly expanded its investment in January 2022, placing an additional order for:
- • 3 × ZENYER 201A egg washers
- • 2 × additional ZENYER 302AS egg washing grading lines
By March 2022, all equipment had been loaded into two 40HQ containers and one 20HQ container, then shipped to Nhava Sheva Port, India.
Since then, the customer has continued to place repeat orders, bringing their total purchases to:
- • 3 × ZENYER 201A egg washers
- • 3 × ZENYER 302AS egg washing grading lines
- • 11 × ZENYER 104B egg graders
- • 4 × ZENYER 102BS egg graders
