The ZENYER 203B egg washer includes double water bath loading lines, candling, brushing, and drying. It is suitable for cleaning and drying duck eggs and preserved eggs. This model has a flexible operation speed with a maximum capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour. You can also combine the equipment with an egg grader or egg separator to make complete assembly line for higher production efficiency.

Water bath loading

Pour the whole tray or box off eggs into the water bath, and eggs will be transported into the washer entrance in double lines following the conveyor. This loading method not only saves time, but also minimizes egg cracking by using buoyancy. Plus, eggs are easier to wash after running through water bath.

Eggs are well cleaned by brushes with warm water spraying. Brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made on brush distance, position and speed.

Drying

Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.

Candling

Eggs will run through LED lights for candling purposes, workers can easily pick out any unqualified eggs such as leaking or cracked ones.

Manual collection conveyor (option)

Washed eggs will roll onto collection table and can be placed into trays or packed up manually or could be attached with ZENYER egg graders or separators directly.
