101B Egg Grader (4,000 EGGS/HOUR)

The ZENYER 101B egg grader is made of stainless steel. This egg grading machine sorts eggs into 7 grades, with an accuracy of within ±1 gram and has the capacity of 4,000 eggs/hour. It can also be attached to a 200A egg washer to form an egg processing line.

Eggs are placed onto the feeding unit, which then transports them to a mechanical weighing scale that will weigh the eggs into different grades and drop them into the corresponding table.

Egg loading

- Place eggs on the feeding unit manually.
- Or connect 604A accumulator and use 602 vacuum egg lifter to load 30 eggs on the accumulator each time. Through the accumulator, the eggs are divided into 2 rows and transferred into the feeding unit of 101B egg grader.

Candling

Eggs are transported to the candling unit through the roller of feeding unit. You can check for any leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through LED light by eyes, and manually take them out. 101B egg grader is also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better egg inspection.

Egg printing (Optional)

ZENYER 402H egg printer (2-print head) is an optional attachment to print the farm name, logo, date and Julian date etc. on eggs.

Grading

Eggs are weighed and graded into 7 grades.

Manual collection table

Graded eggs will roll onto the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
