102A Egg Grader (5,400 EGGS/HOUR)

The ZENYER 102A egg grader is made of carbon steel with plastic coating process. This egg grading machine sorts eggs into 5 sizes, with an accuracy of within ±1 gram and has the capacity of 5,400 eggs/hour. It can also be attached with a 201A egg washer to set up an egg processing line.

ZENYER provides different egg grader models with egg feeding unit on either the left or the right side.

Egg loading

-Place eggs on the feeding unit manually.
-Or connect 604A accumulator and use 602 vacuum egg lifter to load 30 eggs on the accumulator each time. Through the accumulator, the eggs are divided into 3 rows and transferred into the feeding unit.

Candling

Eggs are transported to the candling unit through the roller of the feeding unit. You can check for any leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through candling light by eyes, and manually take them out.

Egg printing (Optional)

ZENYER 403H egg printer (3-print head) is an optional attachment to print the name, logo, date, Julian date, etc. on eggs.

Grading

Eggs are weighed and graded into 5 grades.

Manual collection table

Graded eggs will roll onto the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
