The ZENYER 104A egg grader is constructed from high quality 304 stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. This egg grading model is equipped with a color touchscreen PLC control system and can sort eggs into 4-7 grades using an electronic sensor weighing scale with accuracy within ±1g and capacity of 10000 eggs/hour. If you want to perform egg washing at the same time, you can also attach this egg grader with a ZENYER 202A egg washer to build an assembly line with production capacity of 10000 eggs/hour.

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 605A accumulator with the ZENYER 602 vacuum egg lifter. 6 rows LED lights are added under the accumulator and workers can pick out any leaking, dirty or cracking eggs under the harmless lights.
The ZENYER 605A accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to electronic sensor weighing system.
Simple design makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
The specially designed ZENYER 401H single-head printing machine can be used with disposable ink cartridge to print your farm name, logo, date, best before date, etc. on eggs.
Eggs are electronically weighed using a sensor system to make sure eggs are sorted precisely, with 4-7 grades.

Automatic packing lane includes Single dropset and manual egg tray stocker. Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray stocker, allowing the stocker to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. the Single dropset unit drop down the eggs into 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 egg carton and 30 egg tray automatically.
Each grade could be attached with one auto packing machine, and the lines without auto packer will require manual collection conveyor.
The graded eggs will fall onto the conveyor and be manually packed or filled into egg trays. The conveyor can be split by a bar for carrying two different sizes of eggs if needed.
