Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto 605A egg accumulator table using the ZENYER 602 vacuum egg lifter & loader. 6 rows of LED lights are added under the accumulator and workers can pick out any leaking, dirty or cracking eggs through the LED lights. The LED candling booth is equipped with a cover and mirror as well to reinforce the candling result. ZENYER 605A accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.

Sanitizer sprayer sprays chemical liquid (such as sanitizer, detergent depending on the local government policy) on eggs automatically before washing.

Eggs are fully cleaned using two brush sets and a warm water spray (The machine doesn’t come with a water heater, customer provides it). The brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made to the brush distance, position, and speed.

Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.

ZENYER 401H single-head printing machine can be attached at the end of the egg cleanser, allowing users to print the farm name, logo, date, best before date, and other information onto the egg.

Simple design makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.

The egg grader is equipped with a control panel with a color touchscreen and physical buttons as well, you can set the grading specification and calibrate the grading accuracy through the touchscreen. It has a self-diagnosis system, which diagnoses any malfunctions that may occur.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.

Eggs are weighed electronically and can be graded into 4~7 grades, how many grades depend on the configuration of the auto packer and the manual collection conveyor you choose (see the table above).
This model of egg grader has 4 stations, each auto packer can pack one size of egg cartons/trays, each manual packing lane can pack two sizes of egg cartons/trays at most, you can set auto packer or manual packing lane at any station.

Automatic packing lane includes a single dropset and manual egg tray stocker. Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray stocker, allowing the stocker to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. The single dropset unit drops the eggs down into 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 egg cartons and 30-egg trays automatically.

The graded eggs will fall onto the conveyor and be packed into egg trays manually. The conveyor can be split by a bar for 2 different sizes of eggs if needed.

Oversized or undersized eggs will be placed onto the off-grade table where you can collect the eggs and pack them into egg trays manually.
