Purchased products: Zenyer 109 egg grader (with 4 auto packers), Zenyer 203B egg washer

Previously, the company used MOBA’s equipment for 8 years. In 2023, due to the need for the replacement of their outdated equipment and the expansion of their egg farm, the company began searching for equipment suppliers.

Among several suppliers, the company chose the manufacturer ZENYER. A product selected included electronic grading and automatic packing of eggs into trays of various types. Through the official distributor of ZENYER in Russia, a supply contract was agreed on and an advance payment was made. The management department of the factory decided to send their chief engineer to our factory to get them acquainted with the process of installation, operation and maintenance.

In March 2023, a visit to the factory took place, during which detailed training was conducted on the operation and maintenance of the equipment. The customer liked the line for its simplicity and impressive performance. The main control panels also have Russian as a language option, which allowed for easy operation of the machine.

During the visit to the factory, they decided to order a 203B washing machine as it combined well with their existing egg separating machine.

In July 2023, both machines were delivered, installed and had already begun to make a profit. The productivity of the factory had increased, and the labor cost had decreased.
