Client: Colin Ford (Western Australia, Australia)

Purchased products: 302A egg processing line

Colin Ford runs a free range egg farm in Western Australia, which is currently one of the biggest free range egg farms in WA. He had a very old egg grader from another brand before purchasing the Zenyer 302A.

“No service provided at all, the machine's capacity was very low as well,” Colin commented about the old machine, “the staff needed to work 7 days a week, 8 hours per day, but that still could not meet our customers’ requirements.”

With a business on the same scale as John Byrne, Colin thinks the Zenyer 302A egg processing line suits his egg business requirement much better.

As Colin had never used or even seen the Zenyer machine before, he was a little bit worried about the Zenyer machine’s performance. We understood his concern and sent John Byrne’s details to him.

After 2 days, Colin called our Zenyer representative Maggie in Australia, gladly saying that he had a very positive talk with John about the machine. He decided to buy the machine and paid the deposit later.

We had never seen each other before the purchase, he chose Zenyer machine only based on a phone call with another Zenyer customer, John Byrne, we finally put a face to the voice when we installed the machine for him in May.

Now that the machine has been running for months, Colin couldn’t help but comment on “how well it (the machine) worked” and “how much better the eggs look in the trays”.
